Pine Haven Resort features 13 themed cabins and a lodge next to Rocky Mountain National Park and the Fall River. Guests can access the river's edge in 30 seconds and find spots for fishing and relaxation. Downtown Estes Park, with dining and shopping, is a four-minute drive away. The Lodge accommodates up to 16 people and has a hot tub and 3 decks. The Aztec Cabin recreates the history of the indigenous American people and has mountain views with access to hiking trails. All cabins have a private deck.

The lodge features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms contain queen beds, one has a double bed, and another has a twin bed along with a bunk bed.
